Sub accounts in Unisender

"Sub users" feature helps to provide restricted access to your mailing lists and messages for your employees and partners. Such additional users are assigned to your main account, they use your lists of contacts, e-mail and text messages, but your may disable some operations to them. The billing of these users is assigned to your main account too.

This feature is available in the user account menu "Client Area / Sub Users". Please open it to create and edit users. Individual account access right can be assigned for any user and any mailing list:

Account Access Rights Description
Edit all lists and send campaigns All actions, excluding billing and account credentials management.
Read only access to all lists Account is in read only mode. User has access to all lists, messages and stats, but can not edit contacts and send messages.
Access to granted lists only (setup below) Select this mode to set flexible rights for each mailing list. Check the box below to allow access to the particular list and choose the type of access. Also, check the options to the right if you want messages sending to be accessible to the user.

List Access Rights Description
Edit list and view stats Any list actions.
View list and stats View list in readonly mode. Making changes in list is prohibited.
View stats but no contacts Only statistics and general information (list name and number of subscribers) about the list is provided.

Use Samples

A corporation with branch offices can add accounts for each office and provide limited access to the main account mailing lists.

Press-release distribution service can create accounts for the customers to provide independent stats about number of sent messages, clicks, read interest, etc.
